Job Description
Our client is seeking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help them expand their clientele and responsible for helping the organization obtain better brand recognition and financial growth. To be the front of the company with dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Develop growth strategy focused on business/revenue growth and customer satisfaction
Conduct research, plan and implement new target market initiatives that meet customer needs
Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
Set goals and development plans for business and revenue growth
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Prepare engagement letter and sales contract that adhere with the company’s guidelines
Collaborate with Account and Event Planning team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
Strong understanding of company products and services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them
Research the latest in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand business
Requirements
QUALIFICATION/SKILLS
BSc in business administration, marketing or relevant field
At least 3 years post NYSC experience in sales or relevant administrative role
Technology savvy
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools ( Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Proven working experience as a Business developments manager, Sales executive or a relevant role
